    You may register an account using either an email/password combination or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining its security.

    4. Subscription & Payments

    Rankioz offers a monthly subscription ($30/month) or a yearly subscription ($300/year). Payments are processed by Paddle.com. We do not store your payment details. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the billing cycle.

    Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused subscription time unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

    5. Refund Policy

    Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refund eligibility and processing details are outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

    6. User Conduct & Restrictions

    By using Rankioz, you agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
    • Share, distribute, or resell any content or data obtained through Rankioz without permission.

    All content, software, and trademarks on Rankioz are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.

    8. Termination & Suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to pay for your subscription.

    9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

    Rankioz provides its Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific SEO results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankioz shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
